Jared and Mike did a great job cleaning our old chimney. Jared took pictures of the finished product which enabled him to explain to me, in detail, the safety issues that need to be addressed. He told me about the company's great 12 month, zero interest plan, which would make it possible for us to get the work done sooner instead of waiting months while we saved for it. They are great guys that do a great job and are fantastic representatives for Chimney Heroes!

Highly recommend. Jared and Mike are very professional and personable. They explained the process and showed pictures of the work as it progressed. Great before and after photos too. Initially just scheduled a chimney cleaning and they noticed the dryer vent desperately needed to be done as well. Probably saved us from a potential fire. Nothing but good things to say!

Jared came to inspect our wood stove after a chimney fire. He recommended complete replacement and explained in detail why. He answered all of our questions. He helped us with the insurance claim by speaking directly with the adjuster. My husband and I were impressed with Jared's industry knowledge. I recently bought a house and wanted an inspection for piece of mind. My appointment was from 9am-11am and Jared was there right at 9am ready to go. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Upon inspection they found a number of faults with the Chimney, fireplace and even went above and beyond and looked at my furnace. He explained the issues, gave an honest opinion on how to fix them and is currently helping me deal with submitting a claim for insurance. My father was there and was so pleased/impressed he scheduled an appointment while Jared was there. I will be recommending to everyone I know!

These guys were amazing. First, they arrived exactly when they said they would (during a snow storm). They went above and beyond for us at our appointment, explaining everything about our fireplace issues and laying out exactly what needed to be done to make it usable and safe, while suggesting the best course of action for saving us money and time. The price they quoted is exactly what they charged (even though they did a camera inspection on top of the cleaning). The customer service has been excellent and the technicians were extremely knowledgeable. I feel we are in great hands with Chimney Heroes and highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of fireplace service.

Jeremy cleaned out our chimney as well as added a longer liner to our pellet stove and was tremendous to work with both times. He was thorough with his work and made sure to explain every step to make sure we understand why we needed a longer liner. Jeremy was also very friendly and chatted with our son who wanted to show him all of his toys. We are new to the area and Jeremy also recommended a few places we need to try food from! Definitely recommend Chimney Heroes and will continue to use them to make sure our stove is running safely.

Jared was amazing! Super reliable, showed up on time and was very helpful and patient. I didn't know anything about our new chimney so I had a lot of questions that he took the time in helping. He had great suggestions for improvements as well. We had an interest in an insert for our fire place and he took the time to measure and find the right (and best) insert for our home. 10/10 would recommend!

Jared & Mike were very professional and explained all existing problems with our fireplace adequately. Definitely recommend their services for a Level 2 Chimney sweep. They also gave us quotes for potential repairs which were easy to understand and reasonably priced.
