Jared and Mike did a great job cleaning our old chimney. Jared took pictures of the finished product which enabled him to explain to me, in detail, the safety issues that need to be addressed. I recently bought a house and wanted an inspection for piece of mind. My appointment was from 9am-11am and Jared was there right at 9am ready to go. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Upon inspection they found a number of faults with the Chimney, fireplace and even went above and beyond and looked at my furnace. He explained the issues, gave an honest opinion on how to fix them and is currently helping me deal with submitting a claim for insurance. Jeremy cleaned out our chimney as well as added a longer liner to our pellet stove and was tremendous to work with both times. He was thorough with his work and made sure to explain every step to make sure we understand why we needed a longer liner.
